Bressingham Steam & Gardens is a steam museum and gardens located at Bressingham, west of Diss in Norfolk, England. The site has several narrow gauge rail lines and a number of types of steam engines and vehicles in its collection and is also the home of the national Dad's Army exhibition.

Banham Zoo

Banham Zoo Is an Award-Winning Family Attraction Located In Norfolk & Home To Over 2000 Animals From Around The World. It’s around a 20 minute drive from the hotel, a perfect family day out.

Diss Museum

Likely to reopen in March 2022. Diss Museum is situated in the Market Place in a building called The Shambles, formerly two butchers' shops. The museum opened in its current form in 1993.

Diss Mere

If there is one thing that defines the town of Diss it is the mysterious body of water known as the Mere at its heart.

Knettishall Heath Nature Reserve

Of the more than 12,500 species living in the Brecks, 30% are nationally rare. Despite its name, Knettishall Heath is in fact a diverse mosaic of habitats with woodland and riverside meadows, as well as large areas of heath. It extends to over 430 acres.
